Workshops & Events

Practical, interactive experiences that bring nutrition to life.

Workshops and events are an engaging way to turn complex nutrition concepts into real-world skills you can actually use.

Whether it’s navigating the grocery store with confidence, learning through cooking demonstrations, or exploring key health topics in a workshop setting, these experiences are designed to be interactive, approachable, and immediately applicable. The goal is simple: help you feel more confident making everyday choices that support your health.

Guided Grocery Store Tours

Grocery shopping can feel overwhelming—but it doesn’t have to be.

These guided tours help you walk into any store with clarity and confidence, knowing what to look for and how to make better choices.

During your tour, we’ll cover:

  • Where to find nutrient-dense, whole foods

  • Practical swaps for commonly purchased items

  • How to shop in a way that supports your health and budget

  • How to read labels and ingredient lists in real time

This is hands-on learning in the exact environment where your food decisions are made.

Nutrition & Cooking Demonstrations

These events combine education with real-life application—so you not only learn what to eat, but actually see how to prepare it.

We’ll choose a theme based on your goals or group interests (for example, anti-inflammatory eating for healthy aging), and build the experience around it.

Depending on the setting, your event may include:

  • Ingredient selection and shopping coordinated by Paula

  • Pre-prepped ingredients or optional group prep

  • Live cooking demonstrations or hands-on participation

  • Education woven throughout the experience

At the end, meals can be enjoyed together or taken home.

Nutrition & Wellness Workshops

These workshops simplify complex health topics and make them easier to understand—and apply.

They are ideal for community groups, workplaces, and organizations.

Topics may include:

  • Foundational nutrition principles

  • Blood sugar balance and metabolic health

  • Heart health and cholesterol

  • Gut health and inflammation

  • Sustainable weight management

Each workshop is designed to be practical, approachable, and grounded in real-life application.

What My Clients Are Saying

Paula is fantastic! She is very knowledgeable in her field! She came to our studio for an in house workshop where she broke down a lot of the misconceptions of nutrition and provided us with a wealth of information. She even brought us some incredible healthy juice samples noting all the benefits. Can’t recommend her highly enough! Thank you Paula!!
